Dalmation Support and Custom Idea Thread! ;3

Well, their's one breed that I'd love to see on ala,the dalmation! I know what tons of you may be thinking (if you're reading this at all) "Why,there just a plain black spotted dog,and arn't very interesting in marking!" Well,I beg to differ.
Dalmations,as many of us know are a popular repre-
sentation of Firehouses,Firemen, and Protection. These dogs have some other colors of spots many people might like. (I am not stating these are absolutly real markings, appart from liver and black,I just think they'd make an ala breed interesting.)
Other Spot colors:
Liver- One of the more rare real life patterns. It is a nice brown color.
Black- The standard color of the dogs,a nice clean black.
Blue- A pretty grey spot color.
Lemon- A creamy,nearly yellow color.
Also,to make the breed more interesting I have an
idea to inhance the customization of dogs! For Dalmations, give many different patterns of spots, and allow us to be able to control the size of the spots, making all the patterns unique. Like give sizes lets say Small,Medium, and Large for certine areas of spots on the dog.
If you want to support, simplay say "support" in your post. If you don't,you can post too!

I think they'd be fun for tinkering with in the custom tool. ;3 Maby the cuteis may not get there spots untill a certine age....maby there'd be an albino gene (a pure white dog.) Little things would make the breed fun. Maby they could have long haired varietys to. (See Evlon's link.) They may be the first ala breed to have two coat verietys. :D

I support. :o

Dal spots DO come in a lot of colors, but maybe you'd only find, say, liver spots or black spots in FA? You'd find the rarer blues, lemons, and the like in the custom tool.

I think it would be really cool if the dalmatians had spot pattern variations- on most of my other sites this is how they do the dals. These guys are always fun on all my other virtual dog site; I don't think they'd be any different on ala. :3

St Evlon- Yes,that is a good point. I'd really just have them for the colors. The only thing is though,I prefer small spots (like white buckshot.) and large spots,I think dalmations would be a tad bit more thin, and taller than catas. (Though I've never seen a cata in real life, just dalmations.)

http://paisleydals.com/color.html

^Actually there are more real colour variations than you have listed.

I'm on the fence about supporting these because they have the same body build as the Catahoulas. Maybe if it was added as a breed after there was more variation added I would support.

Personally I kinda made some dalmatian looking catahoulas and called it good.

Color aswell. Liver Dalmations are AKC recognized,I've also seen all the other colors above in RL dogs. The way I was thinking, which I probably might need to say more clearly, there would be as many spots as there are markings for the normal custom dog.
Each patch of spots
would be an option.
Examples- Ear-Black Splotches,Hind left leg-Liver Paint spill. Things like that. Foundations would only have 1-2 markings. This way the dalmations would all be unique and people would want there own custom.

No support. The only variation they would have would be spot size/distribution/location.
As you may know, dogs in the Foundation Auctions tend to be very plain and have the very basic colours/patterns.
If a user can buy a normal looking Dalmatian in the FA because there isn't many variations in markings, they wouldn't buy them from the Custom Tool and Ala would miss out on earning $$ from bone purchases.
